| Technology: The Link to Portfolio Management Efficiency |
Private equity professionals, from investment analysts to managing partners, can benefit from using the right tools to do their multi-faceted jobs. Technology can, and must, play a key role in enabling the efficient management of a private equity portfolio or fund – including communicating with portfolio companies and investors, raising a fund, evaluating investment opportunities, reporting and monitoring performance.
In this session we will discuss:
|
- Attaining higher levels of transparency for internal and external purposes
- Blending "the old" (e.g. Excel) with "the new" in a comprehensive framework
- Leveraging a single solution to manage multiple alternative investment asset classes
- Supporting reporting guidelines to meet the unique needs of limited partners
- Best practices in working with technology vendors
